Arts & Sciences Activities:  FIBER! Everything to do with fiber. Weave, dye, spin, knit, Lucet Chords. There will even be alpacas on site to see the different fibers and use.

Cost Notes:  There are 24 cabin beds available. Cabins have A/C, heat, and access to HOT showers and bathrooms. Please make your reservations with our head troll.

Site:  Manadokin Camp and Retreat Center, 1600 Harpers Ferry Rd, Knoxville, MD `Site opens Friday 3pm, closes Sunday noon.

Site Restrictions:  No pets are allowed at this event. Trained Service Animals as defined in The Americans with Disability Act of 1990 (as amended) Title III, § 36.104, are welcome. This is a dry site. No groundfires or pits may be dug for fires. Fire bowls or other raised containers may be used.

Feast Information:  Lady Violetta will be making amazing Scottish food! (Sorry, no haggis per Baron's request). Contact her at: cbrittian[AT]facebook.com for any allergies or concerns.

Other Information:  There will be events other than marshallette including Scottish game theme events. So please watch the web page for more information!

Directions: 

From Baltimore Take I-70 west toward Frederick.  Just past Frederick exit, take Route 340 West toward Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.  About a mile past Route 67 turn left at yellow flashing light and go to top of the hill and turn right on Sandy Hook Road. Proceed for about 5 miles and the Main gate will be on the left.

From Washington D.C. Take I-270 toward Frederick and merge with I-70 at Frederick.  Exit onto Route 340 West and follow directions above.

From Hagerstown Exit off I-70 onto Route 65 south toward Sharpsburg.  In Sharpsburg, proceed straight through intersection with stop sign.  Take a right onto Mills Road and turn left onto Harpers Ferry Road.  The Center is located on the right approximately two miles past the town of Dargon.
