Feast Information: Our Chef, Mistress Julleran de Mestre, kathe1[AT]juno.com Current menu plans-Pork cooked with wine, chicken cooked with fruit, barley with beef broth and onions, rice, minted peas, carrots cooked in chicken stock, armored turnips, bread (some gluten free thanks to Lady Sadb) with apple butter, tailles (an apple desert with gluten free bread crumbs and almond milk), and cryppys, a medieval pizzelle-like cookie, probably flavored with rosewater.) Possibly strawberries. Probably period lemonade, if Angustius gets me the recipe!!! There will be onions in the pork, barley, and carrots, not in the chicken, rice, peas, or turnips. No garlic. No dairy other than the cheese in the turnips. Eggs in the cryppys, although it may end up only being egg whites. Details after I perfect the recipe. Those are the allergens that I'm aware of. If you have questions about specific ingredients, just ask.
