Arts & Sciences Activities: No country or time values the craftsman, the artisans, the intellectual, and the practitioners of the fine continental arts than a Heian court of the greatest land under the Emperor.

Site: GPS-able Location: 2239 Center Road, Boonville, NC 27011. Site open Friday 5pm, closes Sunday 1pm.
Site Restrictions: Eichenburg Castle rests in spacious Boonville, North Carolina, and features natural, wide open spaces, an elegant castle, and a still lake, great both for lantern festivals and Viking funerals. With room for the noble art of kyudo, other archeries, and thrown weapons, as well as equestrian activities, the castle is a glorious site to proclaim the might of a proud barony. It is a primitive place, and perhaps a challenge to those who more naturally need the ease of palace life. It is a wet site.
