Arts & Sciences Activities: Open Display is available and each person will have 3\' x 3\' table display. Please contact the Event Steward to sign up space. If you would like to participate in any of these Competitions, you must contact the Coordinator of each activity ahead of time.

The Atlantian Order of the Laurel would like to invite entrants to their annual Adult Persona Pentathlon, and Youth Persona Triathlon, to be held at the 2018 Kingdom Arts and Science Festival. The Persona Pentathlon is a competition where each entrant submits five items that a single persona would have owned or used. There are seven categories and 3 of your five items must be from 3 different categories. The categories are listed online at http://moas.atlantia.sca.org/forms.htm . The Youth Triathlon requires 3 items from a single time period and culture. Advance registration for the Pentathlon and Triathlon is encouraged but not required. The Atlantian Arts & Sciences Champion: Web site: http://moas.atlantia.sca.org. This is a spectacular opportunity for you to showcase your art and earn accolades for your kingdom! Baron and Baroness Challenge: \"Plaster\" dates back to the Egyptians. The challenge for each Barony is to create a sculpture plaster of their Barony\'s name (device, mascot, etc.) Size limited to 18\" X 18\" X 10\" and it is to be used as a display at events to show Baronial Pride.

Hats of the Renaissances: Come wear your best hat, you\'re favorite, fancy, or everyday hat at the KA&S Festival. You can model as many as you like. Contact Herrin Genefe Wolfelin at mpruitt085 AT gmail.com. You must provide advance information on each hat entered.

Site Restrictions: No Pets. No Alcohol (except for judging)

Feast Information: Coffee/tea will be available throughout the day. At 2 pm High Tea will be available. Assorted pasties/scones/cookies and more will be available. You can take time out from the Festival, catch up with a friend and enjoy a sweet break.

Merchanting Information: Space Available for Merchants. Contact Event Steward.

Directions:

Take your best route to I-95, heading towards Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Take exit 126 (Massaponax south) or exit 126B (north). Go south on Route 1 for four miles. Turn right onto Massaponax Church Road (WaWa on the left, Massaponax Baptist Church on the right at light). Follow Massaponax Church Road to the stop sign. Turn right, onto Court House Road (Route 208). Go half a mile and turn left into the Marshall Building. Go behind the building to the Entrance to drop off displays. Overflow parking available across the street at the Middle school.
