Restrictions:
No camping onsite. Day shades and pop- ups allowed. Please contact the Event Steward for field space. This is a Dry site. No open fires are permitted on site. No smoking except in designated areas. No animals in the indoor areas.
Accessibility:
There are handicap bathrooms available as well as a ramp leading into the hall.
Ground is soft grass
Shade is minimal so come prepared with popup or some sort of shading.

Barony of Hidden Mountain Refund Policy
i. All requests for refunds shall be made in writing prior to the end of the event.
ii. Refund requests from those not in attendance at the event should be made via email to the Event Steward and/or Baronial Exchequer at their published email addresses. Such requests must be dated no later than midnight of the day of the event.
iii. All refunds will be at the discretion of the HMFC. While the Barony makes every effort to honor refund requests, it reserves the right to refuse requests received after completion of the event, requests associated with unprofitable events or for feast seats cancelled less than 24 hours before feast which cannot be resold.
iv. All refunds will be made by check drawn on the Hidden Mountain account to be mailed no later than 15 days after the end of the event.
v. The Hidden Mountain Refund Policy shall be posted on the Hidden Mountain web site and at the check-in for each event.

Heavy Fighting of the day will consist of two tournaments - First we vie for a victor in our traditional Novice Tournament. Entrants in this tournament are defined as Novice if they have never won a tournament with the chosen weapons form. The format of the tournament will be chosen on the day and is dependent upon the number of entrants.
Following the Novice Tournament - The victor will have earned the right to be the 16th contestant in the Titan Tournament Finals to be held on the same day.

In Theia's hands, all the natural world is to be rendered in Gold, Silver and Jewels.
Be it with the finest of cloths, the shimmer of a scribes inks, the threads in a fiber artists hands... Bring forth your finest creations, regardless of medium be they gold, silver or gems.
Documentation, while not required, is always preferred.
Feast:
At His Excellency request, Feast will be about fun, friendship, comradery, and family. Come join the fellowship as we celebrate the Titans, the warriors and our very own chosen family.
No need to bring feast gear! Feast gear will be provided!
First Remove:

Accompaniments (pita bread, Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, ketchup, mustard) {Tzatziki sauce- sour cream, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt/pepper, red pepper flakes)
Third Remove:
Greek Yogurt with honey (Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, pistachios on side, Pomegranate seeds on side
Gajar Ka Halwa (whole milk, ghee, raisins, carrots, brown sugar, cardamom)
