From the West on Hwy 421: Exist 265A toward Elkin onto I-77 N, travel 5.3 miles. Exit 70 towards US-21S/US-21BR/Jonesville. Travel .02 miles. Turn left on to US Highway 21, travel 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Center Road; travel for 7.5 miles.
From the South on I-77N: Exit 70 towards US-21S/US-21BR/Jonesville. Travel .02 miles. Turn left on to US Highway 21, travel 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Center Road; travel for 7.5 miles.

Restrictions:
This is a wet site, modern laws concerning alcohol apply. Pets are allowed, but must be controlled at all times and policed. Ground fires are allowed but must be filled in and coals, rocks, remains of wood, burnt and unburnt, removed to the trees. No sumps allowed. Fire Extinguishers are required for ground fires and merchants. Any violation is cause for being removed from the site.
Accessibility:
This is a Primitive Camping Site; attendees with significant mobility challenges or who need access to electricity should contact the Event Steward to determine if the site will be appropriate for them.

Celebrate the Coronation of Prince Randall de Gloucester and Princess Iul'iana Krasnaia with a traditional Norse festival! This event features martial activities, Viking games, sacred meals, songs, and poems in a festive atmosphere.
Activities:
- Martial Activities: Engage in challenge-ins and playful tournaments, including romantic and ridiculous boasts, with opportunities for youth fighters. Enjoy a combination of rapier and armored fields, depending on participation numbers.
- Viking Games: Participate in fun games like Hunker Houser, blind pillow fights (jomskwikiger), and Kubb.
- Tabletop Gaming: Enjoy additional entertainment options.
- Feast: A communal buffet-style feast reminiscent of a Norse pig-picking, with simple meat and sides to encourage social dining.

Refund Policy for Kingdom of Atlantia:
REFUND POLICY: Refunds
are based on Kingdom of Atlantia Financial Policy.
If you pre-registered through SCORES – please
cancel your reservation in SCORES and then send an email to:
exchequer@officer.atlantia.sca.org and confirm your request for a refund
within five (5) days of the conclusion of the event. Those that request after
the event has concluded will be reviewed by the Kingdom Exchequer on a case-by-case
basis.
KINGDOM REFUND POLICY For Kingdom Events sponsored by the
Kingdom, Event Refunds shall be provided as follows: i. Feast refund will be
provided if the feast spot was resold to another attendee. ii. Other fees may
be refunded based upon a decision by the Atlantian Council of the Exchequer.
iii. The Kingdom Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is
acceptable) no later than five (5) business days after the event. iv. All
refunds shall be paid by check from the Atlantian checking account. v. No
refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all
reservation checks have cleared. vi. vi. No refund shall be issued if the event
has not made a profit. This policy may be waived by unanimous vote of the
Kingdom Financial Committee in cases of event cancellation or other extreme
circumstances, provided that such action does not put the Kingdom in financial
jeopardy.
GATE INFORMATION
Please remember you need to be checked in through the gate. If you are event staff, you will need to be checked in through the gate and show your membership card and complete any waivers if required. Most venues at this time charge by the head count so it is imperative that our count be correct.
To make your Gate experience as stress free as possible, please have the following items with you as you approach the Gate:
1) Members: Your membership card or Non-Members: Your Drivers License (this should match your Pre-Registration information)
2) If you have minors, you will need their information.
3) We will have Waivers to sign at each lane at gate.
4) If you have a Minor and you are not the parent or Legal Guardian you must bring with you the following notarized document: Medical Authorization for Minors. You may find it beneficial to carry multiple copies of the notarized document (with original signatures) so you will have a spare available for the numerous inquiries and therefore, you can enjoy the best part of Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday.
