Description:
Welcome Newcomers and Old-Timers! Join us at Park Road Park for a day of classes, fighting, and LUNCH! Lunch IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SITE FEE!! We will have classes especially for newcomers, an A&S display to show all the fabulous stuff we do, and fun for the rapier and heavy fighters. And that’s just the beginning—stay tuned for more! We have two shelters, (with a bathroom in between) right beside a beautiful lake. If it rains, we’ll be covered. Mark your calendar for September 13!

All refund requests received by e-mail by the Exchequer of Event Steward no later than 5 days after the event will be considered. Refund requests made before the event will be honored after the event and gate show that the person(s) was a no show. Requests made after the event will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Event Steward and the Exchequer. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group’s checking account. Checks will be issued o later than 60 days from the end of the event. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed an/or all reservation checks have cleared or come back as Not Sufficient Funds. All refund checks not cleared within 120 days of issuance will be considered a donation to the General Fund.
General Activities
Martial Activities:
There will be opportunities for heavy and light fighters.
A&S:
There will be classes specifically designed for newcomers, and some for old timers, too. Bring beautiful creations for an A&S display of new works and old works to show our newcomers all the possibilities.
Feast:
LUNCH will be provided. The menu will be published closer to the event.
