Please join the Barony of the Hidden Mountain as we host the Fall Crown Tournament in the hopes of choosing Our marvelous Kingdom's worthy Heirs.

FightingThe Tree list will appear as thus:1v168v95v124v133v146 v117v102v15 In the semifinals, the fighter carrying a loss, must defeat the undefeated  fighter twice to advance to the finals. The finals will be fought best two of three. In the first fight, the senior fighter will pick the weapon form and the junior will match. In the second round, the junior will select the weapon form and the senior will match. If a third round is required, the fighters need not match each other’s weapons form.

Arts & Sciences:The theme for the Kingdom’s Tempore Atlantia Competition and Display at Crown is 1000AD – 1350AD. Entries are welcome in any artistic or scientific endeavor practiced during that time period, from anywhere in the world. You may choose to enter them in the competition for judging and feedback, or put them out for display only. Feast:Feast will be provided by Lord Sean Sreamach - questions and concerns may be directed to him at - seansreamach@gmail.com

Merchanting: Merchanting site space will be $15 not including Feast of Cabin/Camping.





Other:

All buildings are ADA Compliant. If you have a manual wheelchair, you MAY need assistance, as the ramp into the Hall is steep. Note: As this is a primarily a girls Summer camp, the site is grassy, rocky, and semi-paved dirt roads.

Registration Notes:Cabin space is $12 per adult, $8 for youth; Tenting Space is $9 per adult, and $3 for youth. Children under 6 are free. Cabin Restrictions: Please let the reservationist know if you have special needs or requirements to be in a cabin with persons other than your immediate family. Please try to register for cabins in family or household groups.  Pre-registration is via check to the reservationist or SCArs. Pre-reg ends Nov. 2, 2022. 

Refunds:                                        

i. All requests for refunds shall be made in writing prior to the end of the event.

ii. Refund requests from those not in attendance at the event should be made via email to the Event Steward and/or Baronial Exchequer at their published email addresses. Such requests must be dated no later than midnight of the day of the event.

iii. All refunds will be at the discretion of the HMFC. While the Barony makes every effort to honor refund requests, it reserves the right to refuse requests received after completion of the event, requests associated with unprofitable events or for feast seats cancelled less than 24 hours before feast which cannot be resold.

iv. All refunds will be made by check drawn on the Hidden Mountain account to be mailed no later than 15 days after the end of the event

Directions:
From the South: Take your best route to Highway 52 south of Society Hill. Take Hwy. 52 North into Society Hill. In Society Hill, follow Highway 401, NOT Hwy. 52, which bears left. Follow Hwy. 401 straight through Society Hill (Gailey and Lord plant will be on the left as leave Society Hill). Go 7 miles, look for Hwy. 912. Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 912. Follow Hwy. 912 for 8 miles until ends at Hwy. 9. Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 9 and then turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer Rd. (you will see a church and a water tower). Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on the RIGHT. From North of Bennettsville: take your best route to Hwy. 9 near Pageland/Cheraw. Take Hwy. 9 East towards Bennettsville. Look for water tower on LEFT of highway before Bennettsville. Turn LEFT onto Ebenezer Rd/water tower turn). Ebenezer United Methodist Church will be on your RIGHT after you turn onto Ebenezer Rd. Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on your RIGHT.
