Join us for a day of Frivolity, Favors, and Fabulous Finds! Stierbach’s Holiday Faire will be held on November 18, 2023 at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg VA. There will be merchants, historical carnival games, delicious foods, all of your favorite marshaled activities, and more!

| Registration Notes: | Merchants: Merchant space is $15.00 for a 12×8 space, and merchants’ pre- registration rate of $15.00 per adult, $10 per 7-17 child and $5 per 0-6 child. Non- member fees ($5.00) will be collected at door for those who do not have a current SCA Membership. Refunds: If you pre-registered through SCORES – please cancel your reservation on SCORES and then send an email to: stierbach.exchequer@gmail.com and confirm your request for a refund. A refund will be issued per Barony of Stierbach's Financial Policy. All written requests for refunds must be recieved no later than 5 business days after the event. All refunds will be issued via check less registration administration/service fees. No refund will be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Site Restrictions: | This site is dry. Service animals are welcome. The terrain is a mix of paved and relatively flat grassy/dirt areas. Buildings and bathrooms are handicap accessible. A golf cart will be available to help transport those who need it to the further parts of the site. | ||||||||||||||||||||
