Restrictions:
Pets permitted if kept on leash.
Ground fires permitted (except where otherwise noted). Pits should be filled in. Extra wood or ground fire rocks should be removed to the closest tree line.
There are private residences adjacent to the
site. These are the areas of the two
mobile homes and the residential side of the farmhouse. “No trespassing” is the constant condition
for these areas.
No altering site features without express written permission. These alterations include, but are not
limited to, the alteration or moving of fencing, ECF benches, shields, the
trebuchet and other landscaping features.
There are two leach fields into
which no cars/trucks should venture. Also, while fire bowls are permitted in these
areas, in-ground fires are not permitted on the leach fields.
Accessibility:
This is a primitive camp site; terrain is uneven.
Portajohns and showers require a slight step up and may lack railing or opening width for handicap accessibility.

The Barony of the Sacred Stone is proud to sponsor the Royal Archery Tournament. After a fifteen year run in the northern reaches, the Royal Archery Tournament is coming back to Southern Atlantia! Don't let this opportunity to showcase your skill and prowess with the bow pass you by. More than a dozen shooting stations will adorn the grounds of Elchenburg Castle Farm including a Friday night-shoot. Archery themed arts and sciences and a Bardic is planned.

Registration may be sent to Edward Perry (c/o John Patrick Brice, Jr); 1171 NC Highway 87N Pittsboro, NC 27312. Registration will also be available via SCORES.
Event Refunds shall be provided as follows:
i. The Exchequer, the Event Steward, or Event Reservationist must receive refund
requests, in writing, no later than five days after the event ends.
Exceptions may be made by the approval of the Emergency Financial
Committee.
ii. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed
iii. No refund(s) will be issued until all financial obligations of the event have
been fulfilled and only if it is ensured that the requested refund(s) will not
hinder the event’s ability to fulfill those financial obligations. No refund(s)
will be given to those who have checked in at gate.
iv. Approved refunds will be issued minus any processing fees assessed.

Feast:
Meal opportunities abound: A travelers faire will be available Friday night (donations accepted); for a small fee, a plowman's lunch will be offered Saturday. We will celebrate our archery success with a potluck meal Saturday evening. Event staff will provide protein for the meal.
