Restrictions:
No Smoking is allowed in the buildings.  No open fires.  

Accessibility:
This event will be held on a primitive but well-traveled site with packed dirt pathways and grassy field space with very limited paved spaces. Buildings (with updated flushing restrooms) are wheelchair accessible. There will be accessible parking available and handicap accessible porta-johns at the field.

The Barony of Marinus is pleased to announce the Crown Tournament to determine our next Heir’s.  This will be a double elimination tournament designed by the Crown. More details coming soon.

Information for camping is coming soon.  Limited RV space is available for a $35 fee.  
Merchants are welcome--no fee.

Refund Policy 
  1.  Pre-registered event attendees shall receive a refund for the site registrations provided that the refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event/opening of gate by either the Event Steward, the head gatekeeper, or the reservationist regardless of event profit.
  2. Discretionary refunds requested within 5 days of the end of the event may be given if approved at the following business meeting by the financial committee, provided payments have cleared.
  3. Pre-registered event attendees requesting a refund who used electronic forms of registering will receive a refund minus any fees incurred by the electronic registering service
  4. Feast refunds will be provided if the feast spot is resold to another attendee.
  5. Refund checks will be issued once all reservation related deposits are processed.

Martial Activities:
Our main event will be a double elimination tournament to determine our next heirs. 


A&S:
Several A&S competitions will be held.
  • A Tempore Atlantia competition will be held under the auspices of Magistra Beatriz Aluares de la Oya. Contact at: beatriz.aluares@gmail.com 
  • The Barony of Marinus will be hosting multiple competitions as well.  These will be announced soon on the event website.
The Barony will be holding a Ball after feast.


Feast:
Feast will be created by Lady Anna.  Menu and allergy information will be posted on the event website.    $15 per person (all ages).  

Merchants:
Merchants are welcome.  A permanent open sided pavilion will be available if requested ahead of time.
