Restrictions:
NO Fires (this includes tiki torches, firepits, and open flames). There is currently a burn ban in place for the county. Propane grills are allowed, please have suitable fire safety equipment available. No holes should be dug in the grounds. Please utilize trash cans and dumpsters on-site.
This is a dry site. NO alcohol.
Service animals are welcome.
Leashed pets are welcome.

From the banks of the Nile to the shores of the Aegean, the ancient world told the same story: a great bird builds its nest of spice and flame, burns, and rises. Not despite the fire - because of it. The Barony of the Sacred Stone has always known this story. It is written in our arms. This year we gather to celebrate another year of this Barony we have built together, and to bear witness to something rare and sacred - the nest given over and new wings catching flame for the first time. Come take your place in the story. Sacred Stone endures. Sacred Stone rises.

Event Refunds shall be provided as follows:
The Exchequer, the Event Steward, or Event Reservationist must receive refund requests, in writing, no later than five days after the event ends. Exceptions may be made by the approval of the Emergency Financial Committee. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed. No refund(s) will be issued until all financial obligations of the event have been fulfilled and only if it is ensured that the requested refund(s) will not hinder the event's ability to fulfill those financial obligations. No refund(s) will be given to those who have checked in at gate. Approved funds will be issued minus any processing fees assessed. The Baronial Event Refund Policy Shall be posted on Baronial Event websites. Refund checks must be cashed or deposited within 90 days of the date of the check, or they will be forfeited, and the face value of the check returned to the General Fund.

Camping is included in the event fee. Tent camping spots are available as well as 7 RV camping spots. RV spots have full hookups. Register via the event website after completing SCOREs.
