Directions:
From the 21st Century:
Use your GPS like the proper Creative Anachronist that you are and enter 
"3681 Girl Scout Rd, Bennettsville, SC"

From the South: 
Take your best route to Highway 52 south of Society Hill. 
Take Hwy. 52 North into Society Hill. 
In Society Hill, follow Highway 401, NOT Hwy. 52, which bears left. 
Follow Hwy. 401 straight through Society Hill (Gailey and Lord plant will be on the left as you leave Society Hill). Go 7 miles, look for Hwy. 912. 
Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 912. Follow Hwy. 912 for 8 miles until it ends at Hwy. 9. 
Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 9 and then turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer Rd. (You will see a church and a water tower). 
Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on the RIGHT. 

From North of Bennettsville:
Take your best route to Hwy. 9 near Pageland/Cheraw. 
Take Hwy. 9 East towards Bennettsville. Look for the water tower on the LEFT of the highway before Bennettsville. 
Turn LEFT onto Ebenezer Rd (You will see a water tower). 
Ebenezer United Methodist Church will be on your RIGHT after you turn onto Ebenezer Rd. Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on your RIGHT.

Restrictions:
* Pets are NOT permitted on site -- Legitimate Service Animals ONLY
* Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted within 50 feet of group activities or building entrances.
* RVs are NOT permitted.
* Personal ground fires are NOT permitted. (A fireplace is provided in the covered pavilion.) 
* Illegal substances are NOT permitted.
* Discreet alcohol consumption is permitted; please use period containers and be mindful of your trash.
* Attendees are encouraged to park behind the cabins or in the day parking area, clear of event activities.
* Parking is NOT permitted on or around the main field. (Cars may be unloaded and removed from the field before Opening Court.)
* Socializing after 10:00 pm should take place away from cabins where people are sleeping. 


Accessibility:
All buildings are nominally ADA-compliant. However, the steep ramp into the main hall will most likely require assistance for persons using manual wheelchairs.

This sandy and rocky site has dirt roads, long grass, pine needles, giant ("ankle-breaker") pine cones, and roots.  Sturdy shoes are recommended.

Parking is available near the cabins but beware of hidden stumps.

Camping price listed is for one bed in a multi-person cabin.

Tent camping is available for $7/adult and youth fee $3.

Refund Policy:  Refunds will only be given if the event makes a profit.  Refund requests must be received by the Exchequer in writing (or e-mail) no later than 7 days after the event.  All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony's checking account. No refunds will be given after the event books have been closed.

Martial Activities:

A&S:
The Martial Arts are emphasized - Armor & Weapon making, real world or SCA; Illumination of fights and fighters; Heraldic Tabards, shield covers et al.; Garb for both protection and practicality; and garb for looking fabulous between fights.

Feast:
There will be a day board after classes and before fighting; the Feast will be drawn from 16th Century English, French, German & Italian Sources for a Renaissance of flavors.
