| Registration Notes: | Feast is ONLY available through pre-registration. Requests for refunds must be made prior to the first day of the event to the reservationist in writing. | Site Restrictions: | No pets. Service animals welcome. Ground fires are not allowed. No digging allowed on site. Fire pits must have extinguishers nearby and should never be left unattended. There will be no car access from Saturday at 10am until after court (around 6pm). Please plan accordingly. The site has limited handicap accessible parking near the main building - please see schedule to ensure entry and exit during car access times. Indoor restrooms are handicap accessible. Main grounds are hardpacked road and are subject to weather. Access to archery field could be limited, subject to weather. | ||||||||||||||||||||
