Come join the Barony of Nottinghill Coill to celebrate our Baronial Birthday and the investiture of our new Baronage! We will immerse ourselves in the culture and times of 10th century Cordoba with a sumptuous feast to match!

FightingThere will be armored fighting, rapier fighting, archery and thrown weapons. More details are available on the website.
Arts & Sciences:A&S competitions: Come one and all to display your arts in the halls of Cordoba! ALL COMPETITIONS ALSO OPEN FOR DISPLAY ONLY (except Largesse Derby). Entrants will mark entries for display only, informal judging (documentation optional), and formal judging, and whether feedback is sought. Largesse Derby Competition Put on your best derby hat (or don’t - hats really aren’t required) and submit 7 items of largesse (six for the Barony, one for the winner). Sciences Competition People came to Cordoba from all over the world, in search of curatives for all sorts of ailments. Show your best product or research into medieval curatives, hygiene products, and cosmetics. Magnificence of Cordoba Abd al-Rahman’s court was renowned for its magnificence. Gold, silver, jewels, embroidery, carvings, whatever decorative/decorated art you have, come show us all! Hard Arts Competition Just what it says on the tin! We want to see your hard arts. Iron Artisan Returns! A blind bag of supplies, whatever tools you bring, and a few hours to work. Do you have what it takes to be an Iron Artisan? Find out in the return of the Iron Artisan competition. Early sign-up required. A&S Bazaar Have craft/science, will travel? Come set up a stall in our bazaar. (Or near. We see you, smiths.). Demonstrate your craft and witness others!
Feast:A sumptuous feast will be prepared by Master Hagar the Black and his staff. He plans to cook dishes from each of the cultures that were prevalent in Cordoba during the 10th century - Muslim, Jewish and Spanish Christian.
Merchanting:Merchants are welcome! Please contact the event steward!
Other: All buildings are ADA Compliant. If you have a manual wheelchair, you MAY need assistance, as the ramp into the Hall is steep. Note: As this is a primarily a girls Summer camp, the site is grassy, rocky, and semi-paved dirt roads.

Registration Notes:Camping fee listed is for a bed in a cabin. Tenting is $5 per tent. Reservationist is Mistress Collwen (Caroline) ferch Dafydd Caerllion. Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than 7 days after the event. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony"s checking account. No refunds shall be issued until the event books have been closed.

Site Restrictions:No pets. Only service animals. No RVs. No smoking within 50 feet of people or entrances to buildings. Socializing after 10:00 pm must take place away from the cabins. No ground fires.

Directions:
From the South: Take your best route to Highway 52 south of Society Hill. Take Hwy. 52 North into Society Hill. In Society Hill, follow Highway 401, NOT Hwy. 52, which bears left. Follow Hwy. 401 straight through Society Hill (Gailey and Lord plant will be on the left as leave Society Hill). Go 7 miles, look for Hwy. 912. Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 912. Follow Hwy. 912 for 8 miles until ends at Hwy. 9. Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 9 and then turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer Rd. (you will see a church and a water tower). Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on the RIGHT. From North of Bennettsville: take your best route to Hwy. 9 near Pageland/Cheraw. Take Hwy. 9 East towards Bennettsville. Look for water tower on LEFT of highway before Bennettsville. Turn LEFT onto Ebenezer Rd/water tower turn). Ebenezer United Methodist Church will be on your RIGHT after you turn onto Ebenezer Rd. Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on your RIGHT.
