Refund and cancellation policy

The Reservationist must receive all event fee refund requests in writing or by email no later than five (5) days after the event"s closing (May 29th, 2023).

All refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after June 2nd, 2023.

Site Restrictions:- Fires will be kept in fire bowls and not lit directly on the ground - Noise will be kept at a minimum, as well as in and out traffic from 1 am to 6 am each day of the event. - Animals are welcome on the leash. - Alcohol is permitted on the site.
