| Feast: | TAVERN LUNCH BOARD: In lieu of an evening feast, hearty tavern fare will be served for several hours through the mid- day for $10 (ages 10 and up). BRING YOUR OWN FEAST GEAR. | Merchanting: | MERCHANTS: there is no additional fee to merchant at our event, but you will need to reserve your space ahead of time with our Merchant Steward: Vani Ka Bhediya (Mandi Haecker) vanikabhediya@gmail.com A small prize will be awarded to the merchant booth that best reflects our theme. INDOOR MERCHANT SPACE: There are ten (10) merchant spots available indoors and they are limited to (approx.) 8’x8’ space. A 5-foot round table and 2 chairs will be provided. Or, merchants may bring their own table. Limited electricity access. OUTDOOR MERCHANT SPACE: Space is available outdoors around the list fields and vehicle-accessible. 10x20 outdoor spaces are available upon request. | ||||||||||||||||||||

accessible and the site
includes marked handicapped
parking spaces near the
entrance. Outdoor activities
will take place on the back
field, may not be

DANCE: We have space for Dancing! After daytime classes, we will close the night with a Masked Ball in the Hall after Court. | Site Restrictions: | No live animals. No outside alcohol may be brought on site. No tape, adhesives, or nails may be used to affix decor to the walls, doors, or floors. Free-standing décor only. Protective floor- coverings for table legs and stands will be provided. No flames or fires. Fighting and some games will be held on the back field, which is field grass and includes inclines and some gravel spots.
