Glossary Import

You will need two plugins installed and activated before you begin:

You will also need the glossary export file:

Start a new Import from the All Import Menu in the Sidebar
Start a new Import from the All Import Menu in the Sidebar
Select "Upload a file" and provide the Glossary XML File
Select “Upload a file” and provide the Glossary XML File
Make sure New Items is selected, and Set the Create new type to "CM Tooltip Glossary" before clicking Continue to Step 2.

This page should show a preview of the records to be imported, ~125 at time of this guide. Click Continue to Step 3.

Click on and drag the "<title>" tag from the block on the right into the title field, then click and drag the "<content_encoded>" tag into the main body field.

The result should look like the above, {title[1]} and {content_encoded[1]}, click continue at the bottom of the page.

Click Auto-Detect to set the Unique Identifier, it should populate the field as: "{title[1]} - {guid[1]}", click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Click Confirm & Run Import to complete the import process. It will load 20 entries at a time so may take a few minutes.
