From points north I-95 S to Exit 130A. Merge onto Plank Rd. Continue onto William St. and then continue onto Blue & Gray Pkwy. Take the US-17 BUS/VA-2 exit toward Tappahannock/Bowling Green. Turn right onto US-17 BUS S/VA-2 S/Dixon St (signs for Tappahannock/Bowling Green). Turn right onto Oldfield St. Continue straight, then turn Right onto Fairgrounds.

This is a modern fairground site with a combination of paved paths, gravel paths, and grass, with one hill on the gravel path. Two large, single-story, step-free enclosed buildings provide access to restrooms and limited electricity. Please contact the event steward with any questions about accessibility.

Pre-registration by check payable to SCA Inc - Barony of Stierbach mailed to: Ceridwen c/o Lisa Mitchell, 13813 Rainer Ct., Woodbridge VA 22193 Mailed payments must be postmarked on or before March 28, 2026.
REFUNDS: For events sponsored by the Barony, Event Refunds shall be provided as follows: Site or NMR fees will be refunded if a request for cancellation is received before the event registration closes. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable). All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony of Stierbach checking account. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit. This policy may be waived by unanimous vote of the Baronial Financial Committee in cases of event cancellation or other extreme circumstances, provided that such action does not put the Barony in financial jeopardy.
