Take your best route to Highway 52 south of Society Hill.
Take Hwy. 52 North into Society Hill.
In Society Hill, follow Highway 401, NOT Hwy. 52, which bears left.
Follow Hwy. 401 straight through Society Hill (Gailey and Lord plant will be on the left as you leave Society Hill). Go 7 miles, look for Hwy. 912.
Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 912. Follow Hwy. 912 for 8 miles until it ends at Hwy. 9.
Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 9 and then turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer Rd. (You will see a church and a water tower).
Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on the RIGHT.
From North of Bennettsville:
Take your best route to Hwy. 9 near Pageland/Cheraw.
Take Hwy. 9 East towards Bennettsville. Look for the water tower on the LEFT of the highway before Bennettsville.
Turn LEFT onto Ebenezer Rd (You will see a water tower).
Ebenezer United Methodist Church will be on your RIGHT after you turn onto Ebenezer Rd. Follow Ebenezer Rd. for 3 1/2 miles. Sandy Ridge will be on your RIGHT.

Accessibility:
All buildings are nominally ADA-compliant. However, the steep ramp into the main hall will most likely require assistance for persons using manual wheelchairs.
This sandy and rocky site has dirt roads, long grass, pine needles, giant ("ankle-breaker") pine cones, and roots. Sturdy shoes are recommended.
Parking is available near the cabins, but beware of hidden stumps.

Event Reservation Cancellations and Refunds; Event refunds must be provided as follows:
1. Refunds may be requested for the following
1a. Site Reservation
1b. Cabin Reservation
1c. Camping Reservation
1d. Feast Fee - only if requested 48 hours prior to the opening of gate.
2. We do not resell unclaimed reservations.
Event Reservation Cancellations and Refunds; Event refunds must be provided as follows:

3. Cancellations received at least five business days prior to the start of the event will be refunded once the funds have cleared and may be processed at the Exchequer's earliest convenience regardless of the profit or loss of the event.
4. No refunds will be given if the event does not make a profit (except in the case of point 3 above). No refunds will be given to those who have checked in with gate.
5. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing or via email, no later than five business days after the close of the event. Exceptions may be made by authorization of the Exchequer in consultation with the Event Steward and the Seneschal.
6. All refunds must be paid by check and shall not be issued until the event Income has been received and deposited. No individual refund may be issued until that reservation has cleared.
7. All refund requests must contain the following information in order to be honored: 1. Legal name(s) for every person the refund applies to 2. The legal name to whom the check is to be made payable 3. Mailing address for refund 4. What the refund is for (feast, site, camping, etc.) 5. Additional contact information (preferred, email or phone)
