Arts & Sciences:Tempore Atlantia Competition for the period of 1000 AD-1350 AD . Other activities and competitions will be posted on the website once the schedule is completed.
Feast:A multicultural feast featuring courses from the many Kingdoms of 14th century Europe. All selected and prepared by our Feast Steward Baroness Graçia Esperança de Sevilla and Casa del Especiero de la Cruz working side-by-side with The Masters of Chez Robear.
Merchanting:Merchant space is very limited. Please contact the Event Steward for information on the space available.
Other:Accessibility: This is a modern venue that is ADA compliant. This site has two handicapped parking spaces available directly in front of the entry doors with van accessibility. Event Steward will designate more spaces within the same row to extend space available. Site has indoor restrooms with accessible stalls. All rooms are on one floor. There are no stairs. There are plans to have some activities on the grassy area in front of the building. This area does have some slope to it. Every effort will be made to set up this area in such a way as to allow access to everyone, weather permitting. Please contact the Event Steward if you have any specific concerns.

Registration Notes:Scores will be available soon. Adair of Makyswell is the reservationist. Feast is limited to a cap of 152 reservations. Kingdom of Atlantia Financial Policy Approved by Financial Committee – 04/24/2022 Approved by TRM – 06/02/2022 Approved by SCA Board – 4/23/23 c. The Exchequer must receive event-related receipts and requests for reimbursement no later than five business days after the event. d. Event Refunds shall be provided as follows: i. Feast refund will be provided if the feast spot was resold to another attendee. ii. Other fees may be refunded based upon a decision by the Atlantian Council of the Exchequer. iii. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable) no later than five (5) business days after the event. iv. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group checking account. v. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. vi. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit. e. Use of electronic payment systems is addressed under addendums to this financial policy.

From NC HWY 421 take exit 257 and turn onto 601 NState St. Continue straight through town appox. 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Agricultural Way. The banquet hall is in the last building on the left.
